About The Project
In March 2012, MBM completed the interior build-out of the Whole Foods Market in Wexford, PA. We were recently brought back on as the general contractor to complete the expansion of 4,200 SF of two existing adjacent tenant spaces for the new Whole Foods Market Pub. The space includes a beer sales area and checkout, pub, extensive seating including bar seating, banquette seating, community tables and outdoor seating, and a game room with a pool table. The finishes reflect those of the grocery store and include exposed ceilings, stained concrete floors, and cypress walls. The project was completed within the 11 week schedule. The pub is open daily and includes 24 beers on tap and signature cocktails for customers to enjoy.
