We self-perform various aspects of construction including demolition, rough carpentry, millwork & trim carpentry, doors and hardware, framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings and fireproofing.
Design/Build
MBM Contracting, Inc. has partnered with top architectural firms to provide a single source approach to project construction. We manage all aspects of construction including schematic design, budgeting, final design, scheduling, document generation, subcontractor selection and the actual construction process. This single source approach allows for both time savings and lower project costs.
Pre-Construction Services
Through early involvement in project planning, MBM Contracting, Inc. can provide guidance on scheduling, costs, material selection and construction methods to ensure high quality projects. This early participation allows for reduced construction time and greater cost savings with fewer changes.
Construction Management
As the Construction Manager (CM) MBM Contracting, Inc. oversees all aspects of project construction including scheduling, change management, cash flow management, contract administration, construction oversight, quality, safety, inspection and project closeout requirements.
