Dollar Bank South Fayette Branch
Dollar Bank has changed their branch model and the South Fayette location is the perfect example of their new style. The bank has eliminated a physical teller line and has installed in its place a “virtual” teller line which connects customers via video to their center in Downtown Pittsburgh. The sleek new design has modern interior finishes with pops of color to emphasize their branding. The new 2,570 SF branch has a comfortable waiting area, greeter desk, virtual teller line, multiple offices, a video conference room, break room, and drive thru. The branch is located in the new Gateway Shops on Millers Run Road in Bridgeville, PA. MBM provided general contracting services for the interior fit-out.
Westmoreland Hospital Intensive Care Unit
Excela Health realized the need to update the Intensive Care Unit at Westmoreland Hospital in order to continue the high quality services at their nationally ranked hospital. The renovations will be completed in a series of phases as the ICU will remain operational throughout construction. Phase 1 occurred over 7 months and was completed in February 2017. The renovations included 7,000 SF of 12 patient rooms, family waiting areas, family consultation room, and a staff lounge. MBM is providing Construction Management services on this large, multi-phased project. Phase 2 is currently under construction.
Dollar Bank South Fayette Ribbon Cutting
On February 2nd MBM attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of the Dollar Bank South Fayette Branch which is located in The Gateway Shops on Millers Run Road. The event was open to the public and was attended by Dollar Bank employees, construction project team, design team, and Dollar Bank customers. We are proud to have completed another successful branch for Dollar Bank!

MBM Contracting, Inc.
As one of MBM’s longest employees, Sue has seen the growth and transformation of the company over the years. She can remember when the office was located in a one-room basement of a hair salon in Dormont. Now, she says her current office at MBM is as big as the entire office used to be! As Administrator, Sue wears many hats. Officially, she is responsible for all aspects of payroll and paying all invoices, however, she is unofficially MBM’s in-house chef and baker. She shares her culinary talents with the MBM team as she prepares lunch each day for the employees and more often than not has baked tasty treats for us to try. What Sue likes most about working at MBM is that she gets to spend time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and she hopes to retire somewhere warm!
What has been your proudest moment at MBM?
Watching the next generation start to take over the company.
What was your favorite vacation?
My first Disney cruise with my nephew, Matt. Neither of us had been on a cruise or been to Disney, and it was our first vacation together. It is a memory I will always cherish!
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…
I worked as a waitress, I want to own my own restaurant, and I have been to Las Vegas over 20 times!

Wesley Spectrum Services
Wesley Spectrum provides “transformational support” for children and families facing behavioral health challenges. The organization provides a broad array of services in the family preservation, education, autism, and behavioral health arenas. Wesley Spectrum was started in 1965 through the passion of members of Christ Methodist Church in Upper St. Clair to meet the needs of a few children who needed special supports to meet their behavioral challenges. Now, Wesley Spectrum serves over 5,800 individuals each year.
Doug Muetzel began serving as CEO 17 years ago. He and his wife, Linda, have been blessed with 37 wonderful years of marriage. Their shared joys are their two children, Amanda and Matt, their spouses, Brad and Mallory, and sweetest of all, their three grandchildren, Myla, Seth, and Matteo! Doug enjoys spending time with his family and being involved at his church.
What was the first project on which you partnered with MBM?
Our first project with MBM was to create a welcoming, supportive, and efficient Wesley Spectrum Autism Center for children and families. Our staff and the families we are privileged to serve love the beautiful space created by our MBM partners!
What was your experience like working with MBM?
Our experience with MBM was characterized by value-add, quality, and collaborative relationship. Our facility in Wexford is meeting the needs of hundreds of families facing the challenges of autism through the great work on MBM!
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…
I was married at the youthful age of 20, I attended three high schools in three different states, and I have a new found joy in “Little People and Duplo’s!”
Danny Brown to be honored at this year’s Wesley Spectrum Spring Gala!
Wesley Spectrum Services provides a wide range of education, autism, mental health, and social services to children and families throughout Western Pennsylvania. Each year they have a gala to raise awareness and funds for their efforts. Wesley Spectrum has selected Danny Brown as the honoree at this year’s gala.
