As part of the CM delivery method, MBM offers pre-construction services by collaborating with the project team at the early stages of a project. Some of these services include preliminary budgeting, constructability review, schedule development, value engineering, mock-ups, permitting, and bid package preparation. Our pre-construction services allow the owner to ensure every aspect of the project is thoughtfully planned out, reducing the number of unexpected issues uncovered once construction commences.
