About The Project

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is committed to providing their patients with convenient access to healthcare services closer to home. The opening of the outpatient center continues AHN’s expanded presence in the region and provides patients with outpatient services in more suburban and rural areas. Located in Hempfield Township in Westmoreland County, the outpatient center offers primary care, neurosurgery, orthopedics, esophageal and lung disease treatment, cardiology, colon and rectal surgery, bariatric surgery, physical and occupational rehab therapy, blood labs, X-rays and MRI services. MBM provided Construction Management services for the new 23,000 SF facility. Demolition of the existing warehouse space began in March 2017 and the project build-out was completed within the four-month schedule and opened to the public in June 2017.
