About The Project

This local property and casualty insurance company brought MBM on board to complete the interior renovation of their existing facility in Downtown Pittsburgh. The renovations incorporated a total demolition and fit-out of approximately 17,000 SF, completed in two phases. The new space includes multiple offices and conference rooms, open office areas, a training room, multiple break rooms, and a hospitality area. All efforts throughout construction were focused on sustaining a positive staff experience, maintaining full access to the facility and ensuring no interruption to operations.
