About The Project

Ricoh USA, Inc., located on the second floor of Foster Plaza 3, selected MBM to complete renovations to approximately 9,960 SF of office space. The new space includes various open office areas, meeting and conference rooms, and a large kitchen and lounge area for staff and visitors. The space also includes a large demo room to showcase and display Ricoh equipment and products, and a training room for sales staff and product repairs. MBM also completed the renovations to the public restrooms and corridors. The spaces features an open office concept with several cubical stations that required the installation of floor boxes to power the workstations. The project was completed on time and within budget.
