About The Project

MBM provided Construction Management services on the build-out of the Third Floor at Mellon Pavilion at West Penn Hospital. The new space provides outpatient services for bone marrow transplant patients. The 7,900 SF area includes multiple exam rooms, a large waiting and check-in area, reception, offices and a conference room. Full preconstruction services were provided including constructability reviews and multiple estimates. A GMP was established at 75% documents.
