About The Project
MBM, as the Construction Manager, teamed with RTKL to complete the interior renovation of 13,000 SF of Short Stay Unit space at Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, PA. MBM was brought on as part of the project team early to provide pre-construction services including constructability reviews, preliminary budgeting, contract negotiation, and the procurement of early bid packages. This project was completed within the four-month schedule.
