Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center South Garage

About The Project

Conemaugh Health System hired MBM as the General Contractor to fix an eight-story parking garage that was suffering from structural issues. The project scope of work included the demolition of the helicopter pad, and top four floors of the existing garage. In the process MBM also demolished and re-built two stair towers and two elevator towers. The remaining four floors of the garage were completely renovated with steel repairs, elevators, concrete / sealant repairs, concrete, asphalt, traffic coating, painting, and line striping.
