About The Project

MBM competitively bid and was awarded the construction of IKM Inc.’s new offices in Downtown Pittsburgh. The interior build-out of the 22nd floor of 11 Stanwix Street was completed within the 22-week schedule. After award of the contract, MBM worked closely with IKM on specific value engineering items to meet their budget requirements without changing design intent. Construction elements included interior demolition and the build-out of approximately 15,000 SF of office space. This project was designed for LEED Gold CI Certified. (Photos by IKM, Inc.)
