About The Project

Point Park University selected MBM Contracting to complete renovations to approximately 22,000 SF of classroom space on the 3rd floor of West Penn Hall for the Rowland School of Business. The renovation included a complete demolition and rebuild of the floor to include 10 large classrooms, three study rooms, and restrooms. The project was completed within the 9-week schedule. The views of Pittsburgh and the University, particularly from the corner classrooms are gorgeous.
