The Forbes Hospital OBGYN and Ortho projects consisted of renovations to two active healthcare spaces totaling approximately 9,300 SF. The OBGYN suite included a 7,400 SF refresh and renovation of the existing space, with the goal of improving functionality while updating finishes throughout the suite. To minimize disruption to staff and patients, the project was carefully completed across 19 phases, with off-hours work coordinated as needed to accommodate daily operations. The Ortho project included a 1,900 SF renovation to relocate the practice into a new space. This work was completed over a three-month duration and required detailed phasing to keep the project moving efficiently. The renovation was completed in three phases, with the final phase consisting of a new X-ray room. The X-ray room presented a unique coordination challenge, as design was still being finalized while earlier phases were already underway. To maintain the project schedule, materials were released before the plans were fully finalized, requiring close coordination between the team.
