MBM Contracting – Project Spotlight
Fine Wine & Good Spirits
MBM worked closely with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Bill Green Shopping Center to provide design-build services for the interior renovation to the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store in Pleasant Hills, PA. The project included renovations to 6,600 SF of sales area and partial renovation to 4,700 SF of stock room as part of the PLCB’s rebranding efforts. The newly renovated store features a center tasting bar where they host educational sessions about their products and promotional items. All the finishes were upgraded and a new storefront was installed.
Ricoh, USA Tenant Improvement
Ricoh USA, Inc., located on the second floor of Foster Plaza 3, selected MBM to complete renovations to approximately 9,960 SF of office space. The new space includes various open office areas, meeting and conference rooms, and a large kitchen and lounge area for staff and visitors. The space also includes a large demo room to showcase and display Ricoh equipment and products, and a training room for sales staff and product repairs. MBM also completed the renovations to the public restrooms and corridors. The space features an open office concept with several cubical stations that required the installation of floor boxes to power the workstations. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Atria’s to Ditka’s Transformation
In the summer of 2016, Restaurant Holdings spoke with the residents of Wexford and decided Wexford was in need of a steakhouse. The project included the demolition of multiple interior walls to provide a more open bar dining area. The booths, mirrors, drapes, doors, light fixtures, carpet, and furniture were removed and replaced to match Ditka’s neutral color palette. Unique artwork, oak wood trim, stone accents, and black acoustic ceilings were added. Below is a before/after image of the renovations that occurred in the bar area.
