About The Project
Dollar Bank hired MBM and Strada to design and build their new Headquarters at 20 Stanwix Street. The space spans five floors, featuring an open concept with a mix of glass office fronts, and modern workstations. The first floor features a new reception area, conference room, and is home to the Community Development department. The 17-20th floors feature their own unique elevator lobby, café areas, and multiple conference and focus room spaces. The distinctive design supports each department’s work environment and adjacencies to bolster workplace efficiency. The C-Suite space is highlighted by a 1,300 SF boardroom with a custom-built, horseshoe shaped, table with a quartz top to match the new oval ceiling feature. The showpiece of this project is the private indoor/outdoor rooftop space that features 360-degree views of downtown Pittsburgh.
